Before heading out to the swap meet/flea market/trading post/whatever you want to call it, a good plan of action is critical. By this, I mean, on the way over you need to have that necessary talk with your shopping companion. And if you're going at it alone, have the talk with yourself. The talk should go something like this:
"Do not let me stop again at the ATM. I'm only going to buy what can fit into this bag, do not let me get anything crazy." ... so on and so forth.
You know the talk.
Without this I would have walked out of those gates with a dozen or so picture frames, a tiffany-blue headboard, and a pretty little antiqued bench. Until this move is complete I have no place for these things to rest so instead I left happily with a few little gold and leather treasures that fit comfortably in my purse and $20 to spare!
I'm so annoyed that I didn't get a picture but if that headboard is there next time I go I'm taking it as a sign that I need to buy!

*Kasey on her mission. Her talk was about these shorts ;)
